How we fit the Smart Home Water System in your home without you lifting a finger
Pick a convenient date from our available options in your area during checkout, and we'll take care of everything. Installations typically take only 40-60 minutes.
Choose a location
Our technician will help locate the ideal location for your system. It should be within 12 meters of water mains, typically near a dishwasher or sink, and 2 meters of a power outlet.
Mains water connection
Your system will be connected to the water supply without impacting other plumbing and with all pipework discreetly hidden. As trained plumbers, our technicians can fit our systems in almost any kitchen.
Constant Supply
Your home’s water pressure ensures a continuous flow, keeping the water system consistently filled and ready at the perfect temperature.
System personalisation
Our technician will fine-tune your system to your preferences, including temperature settings, auto-fill levels, child locks, and enabling energysaving and sleep modes.
Rental Friendly
If you rent, we recommend that you have permission, as we may make a small pencil-sized (6mm) hole to access the water supply. However, we will colour-match and fill the hole when you are done.
Re-installs if you move
Our subscriptions include all house moves. Contact us, and we'll assist you in safely disconnecting, moving, and reinstalling your system at your new property, all at no extra cost.
